Pao Brasil Bakery in Framingham, Massachusetts

This bakery is great, honestly! I love going there, they have really good stuff. However, I take issue with the line, which isn't properly set, so it leads to people cutting in front of others. I had a huge issue with a lady about this months ago, I even came to scream at her because she was so rude. Also, today I parked my car to get something to eat and someone boxed my car in, YES! THEY BOXED MY CAR IN! I couldn't even believe someone would lack such basic common sense to do that. I came outside and saw that, so I went back in and asked the cashier if she could make an announcement about it because it was not only my car, there was two other cars next to mine who had been boxed in. She promptly told an older gentleman who turned to her and said: "Oh, I cannot do anything about that." Like, seriously! I am 9 months pregnant and I cannot imagine the kind of thing that could have happened if I went into labor then (a little dramatic, yes, but if you were ever pregnant, you would know what I am saying). So, I saw no one was going to help me, so I just left and sat in my car for 30 seconds before I saw someone leave and make a pathway for me to leave the lot, so I turned my car about 6 times inside my tight boxed in space, and then I was able to leave. And let me tell you, I go there quite often, and if this happened to me in the 15 minutes I was there, I cannot imagine what can happened to someone who goes there every day and stays longer. Very disappointed in the lack of help and the way certain clientele behave.
