Totally totally ridiculous set up. Drive through road leading up is not long enough so it causes a backup on the rest stop entry AND...AND it’s Drive Through Only! You can park right next to the building, but can’t go inside and can’t order from the window like you could previously. AND, there’s no way to get back in your car to get in the drive through line bc it’s a one way highway exit. So I couldn’t get anything. Compete shitshow. Totally incredible moronic decision to run it this way. You miss the drive through line on the high way exit...sorry! Absolutely stunning.

Don't expect fast service or quality handcrafted beverages at this place. It is a franchise of Starbucks, so it is owned by HMS Host. HMS Host is a travel company. The way this place runs is not correct and it is also way OVERPRICED!
