I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. On staff behavior, helpfulness, professionalism, maintenance etc, I'd give them 5 stars. In response to a review below, I'd say that I have and to my knowledge many others have always found Leslie to be friendly, helpful, honest and polite. I wouldn't count on someone to help me with 90lbs without checking with them first and definitely not someone I have been avoiding. I'd use a hand-truck which one can borrow from the office. He has brought my less heavier packages out as have others, has opened the door and smiled (perhaps because I smile too without waiting for him to smile). But I give WVV a 3 because the I feel there is a lot of room for making a people-friendly and environment friendly design. They do not have a single bench or a green patch and most people here do not have a deck to sit out. Recycling is not their priority at this day and age in a state like MA. Parking tags for visitors are a big nuisance and can lead to your own (new or rented) car being towed away and no action on their part. These are some areas that may not affect everyone. Stay is good if one can ignore these.
