To the Editor:It is my privilege and my pleasure to endorse Margareth Shepard for state representative in the new 6th Middlesex District. Margareth's two commendable terms on the Framingham City Council position her unequivocally to take on this critical legislative task. Her record in the vital realms of our fragile environment, social justice, the rights of immigrants, affordable housing, infrastructure and public education distinguish her beyond measure. Every day that I reach out to voters I tell them these things.
