Philadelphia-based Apex Capital Investments Corp. has sold two Marriott-branded hotels in Massachusetts for $26.6 million. Apex sold the Residence Inn extended-stay properties in Framingham and Norwood to JNR Management Inc., which is based in Newton, Massachusetts, adding to its portfolio of New England hotel properties. The 125-room Framingham property is at 400 Staples Drive, near the intersection of Route 9 and the Massachusetts Turnpike. That site sold for $15.8 million, according to a deed published Monday.
