In Philadelphia, Penn., parents can receive up to $300 to take their kids to school, leaving more room for the students who need the limited amount of school buses. Around 13 percent of parents in Philadelphia are taking advantage of the new program. Parents in Framingham have been forced to change their schedules to ensure their children get an education.
