The Grant Street Complex, a 26-unit apartment property in Framingham, has sold for $6.4 million to a company in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston. The seller was an affiliate of South Carolina-based VTT Property Management, which owns several Framingham properties. California-based real estate company Marcus & Millichap, which has a Boston office, represented the seller. The property at 115 Grant St. was last sold to a VTT affiliate in 2010 for $1.2 million. The buyer was Grant Complex Framingham MA LLC of Roslindale, according to a deed recorded by the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds on Sept.
