(Dakota Antelman/Patch) FRAMINGHAM, MA — The city will have a familiar face — and champion — on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Board of Directors moving forward. On Wednesday, Gov. Maura Healey appointed Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky to the Board of Directors. Sisitsky fills the seat created by the Fiscal Year 2024 budget that's designated to be filled by a municipal official representing a city or town in the MBTA service area.
