The group FFREE says key provisions of a new agreement between police and the school district is not being met. (Neal McNamara/Patch)FRAMINGHAM, MA — A local group that has advocated to remove police from Framingham schools is sounding the alarm over the district's compliance with a new agreement governing the use of school resource officers. In a recent news release, Framingham Families for Racial Equity in Education (FFREE) said that Framingham police and the school district entered into a new memorandum of understanding (MOU) in July.
