WOBURN — A hearing for a Framingham man accused of fatally shooting a father and son more than two years ago has been postponed. Aneudy Delgado-Torres, 42, was scheduled to appear last Friday in Middlesex Superior Court for a hearing on his defense team's request to suppress evidence and statements collected by investigators. However, due to a medical issue with defense attorney Bernard Grossberg's family, the hearing was postponed until Dec. 14. Delgado-Torres is accused of killing James "Manny" Wade, 45, and his son, James Wade, 24, both of Framingham, on Jan.
