The two dogs, one pictured here, are suffering from neglect and several medical issues, police said. (Framingham Police Department) FRAMINGHAM, MA — A canine duo was found on Waverly Street in Framingham on Wednesday and aren't in good shape, Framingham police said. Do to their condition, police are now looking for additional information regarding who these pups may have belonged to. Police said the dogs are suffering from neglect and several health issues, including severe ringworm infections, which are highly contagious to people and pets.
