A corporation co-registered to Bechara Fren of Franklin, who also co-owns the Mill Street apartment complex in Worcester whose roof collapsed and displaced all the residents, has sold a Framingham apartment complex and nearby property for $13.6 million. The sale of the 56-unit Framingham apartment complex called Arlington Commons and an abutting house comes three years after the corporation co-registered to Fren bought them for $8.6 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. The buyer of the Framingham properties is an entity owned by the principals of a Boston development company.
