WOBURN — Jury selection begins Tuesday in Middlesex Superior Court for the murder trial of Aaron Sutton. Authorities allege that on Oct. 30, 2021, Sutton, along with his late brother, Eugene, robbed Framingham resident Eric Hargrett, killing him as he fought back. Authorities said the Sutton brothers had arranged to meet Hargrett at 23 Hayes St., which authorities say was operating as a rooming house. None of the three men lived there, authorities said, although they had an acquaintance who did. Other people in the house told police that the Suttons and Hargrett went into one of the rooms.
